Offer Financing to Your Customers

Turn more opportunities into closed deals by offering competitive financing at the point of sale, giving customers a clear, affordable path without delaying their decision.

Vendor financing is a powerful advantage.

Customers expect flexible payment options, and vendors who provide them consistently close more deals, increase average transaction sizes, and shorten sales cycles.

By expanding beyond a single lender or captive program, you can serve a wider range of credit profiles, improve customer approval rates, and structure more competitive solutions.

Our Vendor Financing Program Offers:

  • Streamlined process with simple applications, rapid credit decisions, and easy digital contract signing
  • Full pre-delivery and/or progress payments available for qualified vendors
  • "Application Only" decisions for most transactions under $100,000 with no financials or bank statements required
  • Loan and lease structures with typical terms from 12-60 months, and up to 72 months for qualified applicants and equipment types
  • 100% financing for qualified customers, covering equipment, and delivery & installation costs up to 30% of invoice
  • Qualified applicants eligible for zero down financing, 60-90-day deferred initial payment, quarterly and/or seasonal payments
  • Dedicated vendor support with a single point of contact. Keeping you informed of application, decision and funding status every step of the way
  • Product information to help your sales team present financing options with confidence

Frequently Asked Questions

There is NO cost to partner with us. We’re compensated by our lending partners when deals are funded, so offering financing through Gold Coast Commercial Credit becomes a powerful sales tool for your business with no out-of-pocket expense.

Most vendor onboarding is completed within 1-2 business days after receiving a completed Vendor Profile. We’ll review your information and forward it to one or more of our lenders to ensure they’ve approved you as a vendor. We will only request additional information only if necessary, and provide you with submission tools and any marketing collateral your team needs to start offering financing.

A wide range of business-use equipment can be financed across many industries. Common examples include commercial and industrial machinery such as forklifts and excavators, as well as manufacturing equipment, medical and dental equipment, restaurant and hospitality equipment, office systems, and technology solutions.

In general, if the equipment supports your customer’s business operations, there’s a strong likelihood it can be financed. Financing is typically limited to tangible assets, while intangibles or leasehold improvements may be better suited for a working capital solution.

If you’re unsure, simply provide a description and we’ll help identify the best financing options available.

Most straightforward customer applications receive a decision within 24 to 48 hours. “Application Only” requests under $100,000 are typically the fastest, since they require no financials or bank statements. Larger or more complex transactions may take a little longer, but we’ll keep you informed throughout.

Once you’re onboarded, you’ll be contacted by a dedicated, single point of contact from our Vendor Support team. They’ll assist with applications, status updates, funding questions and timelines, and anything else you need to keep deals moving.

Once documentation is completed and the deal funds, our lending partner pays you directly for the equipment, typically by ACH or wire. Funding timelines vary by lender and deal size, but we’ll provide a clear timeline as part of every transaction. Prior to your first funding, you will be required to provide your banking information (e.g., bank name, account and routing number) to our Vendor support team.

Yes. Although this will require specific approval from our lending partners, most established, qualified vendors are eligible for either 100% payment prior to delivery, or 50% progress payments if and when necessary. With any form of pre-payment, the customer/borrower will also have to agree to this method of payment.

At this time, we focus on delivering the best available financing solutions for your customers through our network of lending partners. While co-branded or white-label programs are not currently offered, our approach is designed to integrate seamlessly into your sales process and support your customer experience.
